The 79th General Convention of the Episcopal Church is being held in Austin, Texas from July 5 – 13, 2018. Our exhibit area is designated as a market place and educational center for Deputies, Bishops, clergy and lay people from around our church and the world.

Exhibiting at this convention provides a unique opportunity for an organization to reach this diverse audience.

The Exhibitor Kit from Fern outlining booth rentals and displays is now available.

This only includes the information for ordering from Fern.
Please fill out the exhibitor badge form either online or by downloading the pdf version and submitting via fax, email or mail. Click here to download pdf form.

Information for ordering services from the Austin Convention Center will be included in the online ordering/service kit.

You will be receiving an email from Fern with login access and password information to access the online ordering form.

All badges can be picked up at the Exhibitor Desk during event move-in.

Badges are allotted by booth size If you are a 9-day exhibitor and plan on scheduling personnel working your booth in shifts, please outline on the form. Only the allotted number of badges can be in use at one time.

FERN will be handling the oversight of the Exhibit Area.
