80th General Convention

of The Episcopal Church


The 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church is being held in Baltimore, Maryland from July 7 – July 14, 2022. Our exhibit area is designated as a market place and educational center for Deputies, Bishops, clergy and lay people from around our church and the world.

Exhibiting at this convention provides a unique opportunity to reach this diverse audience.

Additional Info

Fern Exposition is our designated exhibit show management company with oversight of our Exhibit area.

  • The ONLY official information with regards to Exhibiting at the 80th General Convention will come from either Fern Exposition or The Executive Office of General Convention
  • This Exhibit Contract is for the booth rental space allotted in the exhibition hall only. For Exhibit related questions, please write or call Erin at 270-315-2681 or Marlene at 502-552-3857.

Exhibitor Services and Housing Details

Additional information regarding exhibitor services and housing will be available to all exhibitors in early 2022. This information will be sent to all contracted exhibitors and will also be accessible on the exhibitor website,

  • The Exhibitor Kit from Fern, which outlines rental information for carpet, furniture, supplies, etc., will be available in March 2022.
  • Housing will be available at the end of January 2022. (a block of sleeping rooms will be set aside exclusively for exhibitors at hotels near the Baltimore Convention Center)
